Service Description

TAXI-MAR provides ferry transportation services between Caminha (Portugal) and La Guardia (Spain) across the Minho River.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. Payment can be made on-site.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will not be refunded.
  • In case of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control that result in service cancellation, customers will be offered a full refund or rebooking for another date.

Safety Regulations

All passengers must comply with safety instructions provided by the crew. Life jackets are available on board and must be worn when instructed by the crew. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Liability

TAXI-MAR is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the ferry crossing, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TAXI-MAR and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials on this website may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

TAXI-MAR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
